Data entry is simply the entering of key data – supplier invoices, client invoices and bank transactions.

Bookkeeping takes this one stage further and involves reconciliation of supplier, client and bank accounts. This allows you to see what you owe, what your company owes and the cash available to the company.

Management accounts include regular Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports as well as basic supplier, client and cash reports.

We will also prepare accounts ready for inspection or audit.

Bookkeeping and Management accounts include VAT returns. 

Project/Production accounting can be performed either as part of bookkeeping or can be done separately.

To help your business grow we will also do cash forecasts that will help you plan 3, 6 or 12 months in advance.

We normally review your current systems and make suggestions for improvement. This service can be provided separately.
